Actually I think it is the Tyranny of the minority over the majority was the reason for our constitution being the way it is. Think about it in civilization it's always been a few ruling the many America is where all that changed but now you want a few to make the majority do as they think and don't talk about the mob rule thing People voting is not a mob....
